HI, I’M ABBY

Prenatal chiropractor, mom of three, recovering rule-follower and the friend who will absolutely tell you which pregnancy pillow is worth buying.

It all started with a labor that stalled, a body I didn't understand, and zero tools to fix either one.

I was 27, pregnant for the first time, and hurting in ways nobody had prepared me for. When labor got complicated, I realized how much of pregnancy care is guesswork dressed up as reassurance. That gap became my career.

Whether you’re growing a baby, preparing for birth, finding your footing postpartum, or just trying to feel a little more like yourself again, this is a space to learn, move, laugh, and figure it out together.

Whether you're trying to conceive, deep in a hard trimester, or three weeks postpartum and still figuring it out — you're allowed to ask questions. That's the whole point of this place.

I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic, Webster Certified, working inside one of DFW's busiest birth centers.

My job is equal parts hands-on care and translation - turning what's happening in your body into something you actually understand, instead of a list of symptoms to just push through.

The Primer

This is a space built for the pregnancy you actually deserve, informed, supported, and yours.

What I'm

loving

A morning walk before the Texas heat wins, a really good prenatal workout, clean beauty that actually performs, a house that feels calm even when it absolutely is not, anything Serena & Lily adjacent, and finding the product I immediately text my sister about.

What I'm

learning

That every season with kids changes faster than I expect. That rest and strength can exist in the same sentence. That I don’t have to optimize every part of motherhood. And that there is almost always another basket of laundry.

What I'm

not about

Fear-based pregnancy advice. Making women feel fragile. Pretending there is one perfect way to give birth, feed a baby, exercise, parent or recover. Wellness just for the sake of being “wellness-y.” And recommending things I wouldn’t spend my own money on.

what I

believe

Women are incredibly capable. Pregnancy deserves preparation, not panic. Movement matters. Birth has more nuance than Instagram sometimes allows. Good information should make you feel more confident, not more afraid. And motherhood gets a whole lot better when we stop pretending we’re supposed to know everything already.

partnerships & collaborations

I’m picky about what makes it onto this page, my Instagram and into conversations with my patients. I partner with brands that genuinely fit pregnancy, motherhood, wellness and everyday life, with an emphasis on products I would actually buy and use myself.

before you go...

Start with 7 days of movement that actually feels good.

My free Pregnancy Stretch Challenge gives you a few minutes of intentional mobility each day using the same types of movements I come back to with pregnant women again and again.
