Very into: being awkward, rambling passionately about niche sports, and holding your hand and reminding you that you are capable of your dream birth.
At 27 years old, I was pregnant for the first time and I hurt. Everywhere. For the whole pregnancy. We had taken a birth class, done all "the things" but when labor came and terms like "sunny side up, "over due", and "labor stall" were thrown out, I had no tools to help myself and my baby. Little did I know that experience would change my professional life and lead me to set out to teach women how to achieve their birth dreams, no matter how they want to birth. Today, I'm teaching labor classes geared towards parents learning how to problem solve during labor and running a busy and expanding prenatal chiropractic practice. You can also find me chasing after our girls and attempting to stop my husband from renovating every nook in our home.
behind the account
That the little girl who was always told she had strong hands, an even harder head, and had a knack for bucking authority would make it her life's work to teach women how to step into their own intuitive birthing power.

If you're into natural birth, feeling great during pregnancy + labor, conceiving babies naturally, + healing your body, I'm here for you with a glass of sauvignon blanc or red raspberry leaf tea depending on my life stage (IYKYK). You've come to the right place.
